If I didn't I would probably have been tempted to get either a Komplete Kontrol or. When I bought my Maschine I already had a MIDI keyboard which worked just fine for me. Well, considering that I own a Maschine Mk3 and not a Komplete Kontrol. It definitely makes sense to own both a keyboard and a Maschine it's perfectly possible to play scores on the Maschine (I'm a huge fan of the touch strip which can help with reaching notes outside your layout), but often (depending on what you plan on playing) it can't match a keyboard.Īlso if you were to choose out of maschine mk3 or komplete kontrol what would you personally choose? ![]() ![]() In my opinion it makes sense to get one if you don't already have a (MIDI) keyboard of some sorts.
